Necessary products: 200 g cottage cheese, 2 tablespoons butter, 4 cloves garlic, 3 tablespoons ground walnuts, salt and pepper to taste.
Method of preparation: Grind the garlic with a little salt and add to all other products. Mix well and serve the appetizer prepared in this way together with rye bread crackers.
Stuffed pears with cottage cheese
Necessary products: 10 small pears, 250 g of cottage cheese, 1/2 tsp lemon juice, 1/2 tsp butter, 2 hard-boiled eggs, 1 tsp. mustard, 1 tbsp. ketchup, 1 tbsp. vinegar, a few sprigs of parsley, salt and pepper to taste
Method of preparation: The pears are cut in half, the seeds are cleaned and hollowed out so that they can be filled. Drizzle with lemon juice so as not to darken. From all other products a mixture is made by planing the eggs or cutting them into very small cubes. Mix well, season with salt and pepper and fill the pears with this mixture. Serve sprinkled with finely chopped parsley. If you do not have parsley, you can replace it with dill.
