Think about it - when our children eat chocolate, they become incredibly crazy and one idea happier. Of course, the beneficial effect of sugar refers to cases where it is consumed in moderation - for women about 40 grams, for men about 50 a day.

Also, sugar is extremely useful from a slightly healthier point of view, no matter how incompatible the terms sweet-useful.
