Vegetarians and vegans - these concepts are widely known, but many people do not know what the difference is between them.
Vegetarianism is a diet that excludes meat. It also has an ethical side. Some of them avoid only food from animal carcasses, others do not consume other foods of animal origin without killing the animal, but containing embryos - such as eggs, and allow only the consumption of milk.
Vegans are more extreme than vegetarians. They do not consume any food of animal origin. They oppose the exploitation of animals for the production of not only food but also all resources from them.
