Necessary products: 4 onions, 1 tsp rice, tomatoes, fresh basil, dried mint, salt, pepper, carrot, oil

Necessary products for the filling: inside of tomatoes, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 tablespoon flour, 1 tablespoon sugar, salt

Method of preparation: Cut a lid from the tomato and carve the insides. Salt the tomatoes inside. In hot fat fry onions, finely chopped carrots, rice, basil, salt, pepper. As it is fried, add water to make the rice swell. When the rice is ready, sprinkle with a little mint. Fill the tomatoes with the mixture and put them to bake, pouring water to the middle of the pan. Bake in a moderate oven until the water evaporates.

The filling is made as follows - heat the fat and fry the flour, add the inside of the tomatoes, spices. After frying, add a little water and after boiling turn it off. Pour the tomatoes into the pan and bake for another ten minutes.

Another interesting suggestion is mushrooms with rice. To prepare the recipe, you need mushrooms and rice, salt, pepper, onion and fat.

Fry the onion, then the chopped mushrooms and finally the rice. Add water according to the amount of rice and add the spices. If you prefer, add other vegetables - carrots, peas, small zucchini. So you can switch from mushrooms with rice to rice with vegetables, which also becomes tasty and fast.

You can add whatever you have like vegetables and smells. In the spring you can bet on dock or spinach with rice. If you are making a dock, don't forget to add mint. But since these are quite typical recipes, we will offer you something a little different, but again with products that you have at home and use for almost any dish:

Ingredients: 4 stalks of leeks, 4 potatoes, ½ a bunch of parsley, ½ teaspoon rice, a tablespoon of tomato paste, 1 tablespoon paprika, rice, black pepper, salt

Method of preparation: If you do not have leeks, you can always replace it with a few onions. Finely chop the leeks or onions and fry in the fat. Once soft, add the tomato puree mixed with a little water and red pepper. Fry and add hot water. Bring to a boil and add the rice and sliced potatoes. You cook the dish, the goal being the water to be completely absorbed by the rice. After cooling, sprinkle with ground black pepper and finely chopped parsley.
