Ingredients: 3 large eggplants, 1 onion, half a teaspoon of ground walnuts, three tablespoons of vinegar, half a bunch of chopped parsley, half a bunch of chopped dill, 1 teaspoon of paprika, 3 cloves of garlic, half a teaspoon of coriander.

Bake the aubergines in the oven, cool and peel. Cut into long strips. All spices are mixed with dill, parsley and walnuts. They are added to eggplants. Mix everything very well and season with olive oil and salt to taste.
