Necessary products: 4 eggs, 2 tsp. sugar, 2 tsp. fresh milk, 2 tsp. cream, 50 g rum and 50 g whiskey.

Preparation: First separate the yolks from the whites and place them in separate containers. Add a tea cup of sugar to the yolks and beat with a mixer on high speed until a fluffy pale yellow foam is obtained.

Then beat the egg whites, adding a pinch of salt and gradually pour in the bowl and the second cup of sugar. The beating continues until thick snow is obtained. Then you have to add to it the already beaten yolks.

Pour the yellow foam in a thin stream, stirring constantly. Now add the alcohol, again in a thin stream, slowly and carefully. You should add the fresh milk in the same way, and then the first cup of cream.

The second cup of cream is beaten in a separate bowl until it acquires a fluffy appearance. It is added to the mixture, but without the help of a mixer. Just stir by hand without rushing. So, the punch is completely ready.

All you have to do is cool it and then it can be served to the guests. Before that, add a pinch of grated nutmeg or cinnamon to each of the cups.
