Everyone's diet is different depending on the gene. Blood type is closely related to nutrition. For each group there are products that can increase its vital activity or vice versa - to harm it.
Group 0
This is the first of our known blood groups, which science has established that it existed among the Cro-Magnons. To this day, it is the most common. People with this blood type have a strong immune and digestive system.
In ancient times, according to scientists, this allowed them to survive more easily, because then the main food source was meat. There is a lot of stomach acid in the body of a person with blood type 0. It can extract the maximum amount of nutrients from meat. This type of people are conventionally called "hunters".
Group A
The immune system of people with blood type A, who appeared between 25-15 thousand years before Christ, allowed them to fight infections and bacteria that spread in large crowds of people, which are becoming more and more characteristic of civilizations.
The body's need for protein was met at the expense of various cereals and fish. That is why this type of people are called farmers.
Group B
People with this blood type appeared between 15-10 thousand years before Christ. They are called nomads. They used mostly milk and everything else they could find along the way. Because these people have accumulated many qualities of the immune and digestive systems of "hunters" and "farmers", their bodies are considered more resilient.
Group AB
Throughout the history of mankind, there have been only 3 blood types, until 10-15 centuries ago there was no AB group. It is quite rare today.
It is often called a "mystery" because the reasons for this change are still unknown to science. One possible explanation is that the full evolution of the group has not yet taken place.
Red blood cells (erythrocytes) have been found to contain substances that cause them to stick together, called haemagglutinogens. They are divided into A and B.
In different people they occur separately, together or completely absent, thus determining the affiliation of a person to one or another blood group. For example, erythrocytes of blood group 0 do not contain such substances, A and B contain 1 substance, and erythrocytes of AB group contain 2.
If you have AV blood, you should combine the recommendations for the previous two groups. The best diet is mostly vegetarian with a small amount of meat and dairy products.

Nutrition According To Blood Type
Classification divides human blood into type A, type B, type AB and type O. Each of them is more susceptible to some diseases than others. There are certain foods suitable for the respective blood types that would help with prevention. If we comply with them, we can achieve overall good health.
Healthy Food For Every Blood Type
Chemical reactions have been found to occur between our blood type and the food we ingest. The main reason for this lies in lectins, which are proteins of plant origin found in food. They are sometimes incompatible with the foods we eat. About 95% of lectins are excreted by our immune system, but the remaining 5% enter the body and disrupt the normal functioning of some organs.
