For dinner: garnish 70 g of cooked spaghetti with a sauce of 3 roasted peppers (or raw), 2 tomatoes and 1 tablespoon grated yellow cheese.

Second day

For lunch: boil 70 g of fettuccine, garnish with 1 grilled zucchini and 1 tbsp. tomato paste. Sprinkle 40 g of grated cheese on top.

For dinner: make a salad of 40 g of cooked small pasta, 1 tomato, 3-4 olives, 1 stalk of fresh onion and 40 g of cheese. Season it with 1 tbsp. olive oil, lemon juice and black pepper.

Third day

For lunch: boil 70 g of spaghetti, season with 3-4 tomato sauce, 1 carrot and 1 tbsp. peas.

For dinner: garnish 70 g of cooked pasta with a sauce of 2 tbsp. tomato puree, a little onion and 40 g.

Fourth day

For lunch: to 70 g of boiled fettuccine add 150 g of steamed vegetable mix (corn, green beans, carrots, peas, cauliflower). Sprinkle with 1 tbsp. grated cheese.

For dinner: a salad of 70 g of boiled couscous, 1 diced cucumber, 1/2 shredded orange and spices to taste.

Fifth day

For lunch: boil 70 g of pasta and garnish with 200 g of stewed broccoli. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon grated yellow cheese and season with garlic and pepper.

For dinner: garnish 70 g of cooked pasta with 40 g of diced cheese, 3-4 olives, 1 tomato and a few marinated fish. Season with 1 tsp. olive oil, lemon juice and black pepper.
