There is a catch, however - as I mentioned above, you have to be persistent and not miss the chosen day (let's say you chose Sunday). Then you have to observe every Sunday the honey diet and consume nothing but honey and water. The amount of honey is limited - exactly 4 tablespoons of honey for the whole day and an unlimited amount of mineral or spring water.
I recommend that you take 1 tbsp. honey dissolved in a glass of cold water in the morning, at lunch, for breakfast and for dinner. During the rest of the day you can drink clean water without restrictions. Try to drink at least a liter and a half of clean water a day to stay hydrated and get rid of toxins from your body more easily.
Everything else is forbidden on this day (coffee, tea, fruit, etc.) - only 4 tablespoons of honey and water. The next day you can have breakfast as usual.
The effect of Cleopatra's honey diet becomes palpable after about a month. The first weeks you will have the feeling that nothing is changing, but at the end of the month you will feel the difference - you will gradually begin to lose more and more weight. You do not need to stop - continue with the scheme - the same day of the week to take honey and water until you achieve the desired results.
However, when this happens, you cannot abruptly exit the mode. When you are happy with the amount of weight lost and do not want to lose more, it is important to know that you should not abruptly interrupt the diet. You need to get out of it gradually, starting to skip the selected honeymoon every other week, then every two weeks, every three weeks, and so on. The rule here is that the longer you have been on the diet until you get the desired result, the more time you should continue with it with a gradual dilution of the honeymoon before you completely exit the regime.
It is good if you have already left the honey diet, then at least once every six months to be on a honeymoon.
I lost 20 kilograms in 3 months. I continued for another 2 months, skipping the honeymoon every week for the first month; in the second month I missed two weeks and so I got to once a month on a honeymoon. Throughout the period, I did not exercise or limit myself to my favorite foods, and the results were great - lost just as many pounds as I should. Without sagging skin, without yo-yo effect, I felt vibrant and energetic, my skin and hair shone.
Yes, it's slow - but maybe that's the secret. After all, the weight that bothered me also did not accumulate in one day. As the saying goes - Good things happen slowly, and in this case with lasting results.
