Paraffin is your faithful ally if you want to increase the durability of the product. First you need to carefully clean all the eggs, then dip them in melted paraffin.

After this procedure, arrange them with the sharp part down in a suitable container or egg carton. Half a kilo of paraffin is absolutely enough to roll 150 eggs, which means that 100 grams will be enough for about 30 pieces.

An interesting method to preserve eggs is by using oxygenated water. You need a 5 percent solution of oxygenated water in which to dip fresh eggs.

Well sealed, they can be stored for several months. After 7 months of storage in the dark, the eggs fully retain their taste and are not inferior to fresh.

If you want to give the eggs a different and interesting taste, try the following little trick. In a bowl with a lid, arrange several pieces together with fresh leaves of celery, dill or even some spice and merudia to your liking.
