We have selected three recipes for sweet temptations with peaches - perhaps the latter is a little more pretentious because of the content of mascarpone. However, all three become delicious and fragrant.

Caramelized cake with peaches and raisins

Necessary products: 2 tsp flour, 1 tsp sugar, 1 pack. baking powder, 3 eggs, ½ tsp milk, butter 70 g, peaches, raisins or grapes

Method of preparation: First, melt a little butter and grease the pan - pour some of the sugar on the bottom and turn on about 200 degrees. Once the sugar is caramelized, remove the pan and arrange the peach cut into crescents.

The fruits are tightly arranged, add and cut in half grapes or pre-soaked in rum raisins. Allow to cool. Meanwhile, beat the eggs, add the milk, sugar and flour with the baking powder. Pour over the fruit and bake at about 180 degrees.

Once the cake is ready, take it out of the oven, wait for it to cool down a bit, then turn it into a suitable shape. You can serve it with a scoop of ice cream. If you prefer, you can pour peach compote syrup over it.

The next dessert is prepared very quickly and easily, and it becomes very tasty. The good thing about it is that it does not require many products - if you do not have almonds, you can skip them or replace them with other nuts. Here's what you need:

Necessary products: 4 peaches, 1/3 pack. butter, 50 - 100 g almonds, 2 tablespoons sugar, 30 g chocolate, 2 tablespoons raisins, 2 tablespoons rum, 1 tsp white dessert wine, cream

Method of preparation: Dip raisins in rum and leave them for a few hours to swell. Peel and halve the peaches. Carefully use a spoon to widen the opening of the peaches. In a bowl, beat the butter and finely chopped almonds, sugar, grated chocolate and raisins.

Fill the peach halves with a spoon and place in a bowl that you have previously greased with oil. Drizzle the fruit with the dessert wine. Bake for 20 minutes in a moderate oven, then serve with cream.

Cake with cookies and peaches

Necessary products: 700 - 800 g peaches, 120 g powdered sugar, 200 g biscuits, 300 g cottage cheese, ½ kg mascarpone, lemon, rum

Method of preparation: Peaches should be scalded and peeled, then mash them with half powdered sugar. In a separate bowl, put the mascarpone, cottage cheese and the other half of the sugar, as well as the lemon peel - beat them until creamy.

With these two creams you will cover the cookies - arrange them in a tray with a suitable shape, preferably rectangular and pour a little rum over them. Put from one cream, then from the other, then again a row of cookies.

Then add rum again on the cookies, then the fruit cream and the one with the curd - leave the cake in the fridge for a few hours.
