Veal or beef generally becomes a little dry. To avoid this, it is good to season it with a light sauce of green chili, spices such as salt, pepper seeds, garlic powder and curry, as well as lemon juice.

For it you need:

600 g beef, 1 onion, 1 garlic clove, 1 pc. carrots, 3-4 pcs. potatoes (optional), 1 bay leaf, 3-4 grains of allspice, 5-6 grains of black pepper, 2 liters of water, 3-4 tbsp. canned tomatoes, 2 tbsp. oil, 2 tbsp. vinegar, 1 tbsp. salt, parsley if desired

Method of preparation: Beef is cut into equal, medium-sized pieces. In a saucepan pour half the water, put the meat, finely chopped onions, carrots and garlic. Boil and add the spices, salt and oil, as well as the rest of the water.

When the meat is completely cooked, add the diced potatoes. When the potatoes are cooked, add the tomatoes and vinegar. When the meal is ready, optionally sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.

Beef with zucchini

Ingredients: 140 g beef, 230 g fresh zucchini, 60 g fresh red tomatoes, 15 g fresh cow's milk, 3 g flour, 5 g dill or parsley, salt

Method of preparation: The meat is deboned and cleaned of skins and tendons. Wash well, cut into portions and boil for 3-5 minutes. Then remove, place in hot water, salt and cook over low heat with the fat until soft.

This is followed by the sequential addition of peeled and diced zucchini, peeled and sliced (or mashed) tomatoes and finally - toasted flour diluted in a little cold water. The dish is baked in the oven and sprinkled with finely chopped dill or parsley.

Any diet that includes beef is delicious and very beneficial. The main rule when eating meat also applies to it - not to be combined with pasta and potatoes, but only with vegetables and low-calorie and rapidly degrading products.
