Mentioning sach, the first thing most housewives think of is katmi. In fact, they become the most delicious cooked in it, but the sach is not so limited at all. You can make everything in it - with different types of meat, with lots of vegetables, more dietary or fatter, as you like.
The good thing about sacha is that everything cooked in it becomes a little crunchy, but still ready. Of course, we are talking about vegetables - the meat must be fully cooked. And the vegetables we use are so many and we can combine them all in different ways and make our own specialties.
The first thing we will offer you is a recipe that includes several types of vegetables and which will probably seem strange due to the pre-heat treatment of some of the products. It tastes great, though. Here's what you need and how to prepare them:
Vegetables on sach
Necessary products: 3 zucchini, 3 carrots, 4 peppers, green onions 2 stalks, 1 stalk green garlic, black pepper, oregano, salt, 200 g potatoes, parsley, olive oil.
Method of preparation: Cut the zucchini and carrots into large cubes and add salt, pepper, a little oregano and 4 tablespoons of olive oil. Let them stand for at least 30-40 minutes. Boil the potatoes until almost done. You should also cut the pepper into larger pieces. The white part of the green onion and green garlic is cut into small pieces, and their leaves into larger pieces.
Once boiled, cut the potatoes into cubes - larger than those for moussaka. It's time for the actual cooking - heat the sacha well and add olive oil. Add the zucchini and carrots, along with the peppers - to bake well.
Then add the onion and garlic, then the potatoes. Stir vigorously and add more oregano and pepper - be careful with the salt, as some of the vegetables stayed with salt. Put 200 g of warm water with vegetable broth dissolved in it. Once the potatoes and zucchini are soft, remove and sprinkle with parsley. If you like, you can put yellow cheese on top.
The following recipe also includes a few tomatoes, very suitable for the spring season, which will soon officially take place. Here's what it takes to make it at home:
Vegetables of sach II type
Necessary products: 3 peppers, 200 g mushrooms, broccoli, 1 onion, 150 g peas, 150 g corn, 2 tomatoes, black pepper, basil, salt, savory, olive oil.
Method of preparation: Slice the pepper, tomatoes and onions as well. The mushrooms are cut in the same way - along with the stumps. First heat the sacha and put the onion, then put the mushrooms and pepper. Stir several times, add the pre-cooked broccoli, peas and corn. Leave for a few minutes, then add the tomato slices and season with the smells.
Add broth - can vegetable, mushroom, chicken, about 200 - 250 ml. Leave to simmer - the dish is ready when the tomatoes change color and the broth evaporates. If you want them to be just vegetables, leave it that way, but if you're ready to experiment, add a spoonful of grated Parmesan or yellow cheese.
