Tiny cakes can be made, a large pie, pearls. Anyone who has spent some time in the countryside remembers that bread, which had a great crispy crust and a very soft environment.

Usually most of us didn't come home with all the bread, because it was even tastier warm and the temptation was too great. Nowadays we can buy a bakery where we can prepare different types of bread - white, black, with some seeds, sesame seeds, spices, even vegetables. It is very similar to the so-called rural bread.

But some other pastries become very tasty and take us back to a different time. The restaurants are quite popular. It's about the pearls. You can order plain, yellow cheese, garlic, etc. - the most diverse.

Parlenka is something like a dough pancake that is baked. It becomes like bread with the difference that it is more crunchy and very similar to a pocket bread. To prepare parlenka at home, you do not need any products. We will offer you to make garlic garlic with oregano. If you prefer - just change the filling, the dough is universal for all kinds of pearls.

The first subtlety of cooking is related to the number of eggs - you can add 1 egg, as in most recipes, but you can easily make your bread without it. Let's see now what are the necessary products, what is the technology and where is the skill in making them:

Necessary products: 1 egg, 400 ml yogurt, ½ cube of yeast, 500 g flour, 1 tbsp salt, 1 tsp sugar, 4 tbsp oil, 100 ml water, a pinch of baking soda

Method of preparation: We start with the yeast - it's nice to be diced yeast, of which you will only need half. If you use powder - it takes 20 g. Knead the dough from the products, and the most important thing is that the flour passes through the sieve.

It is also good to have more than half a kilo of flour - the proportions of flour when it comes to dough are not always accurate. It depends on a lot of things, such as the size of the egg. If you do not have that much milk, you can put only 200 ml and add the rest with water.

In addition, all products that have been removed from the refrigerator must be kept at room temperature for at least half an hour. You start to prepare them - first put the soda in the milk and add the egg in a large bowl, beat. Gradually add flour. The yeast should foam together with the sugar, add it, oil, salt and water. Then continue with the flour.

The result is a soft, nice dough - knead it so that it is not "shaggy". Leave it in the bowl in a room where it should be warm - wrap the bowl with a towel. It stays like this for 30 - 40 minutes. Then you start to break balls - about the size of tennis balls and stretch them with your hands to get a sheet of dough. The size doesn't really matter, you can make them as big as you want.

If you want, use a rolling pin to stretch the balls, but the parlenka is just that - a large crust of bread in the wrong shape. Not particularly perfect appearance will not matter after you try it.

You should spread it with the following mixture - 3 pressed garlic cloves, 2 tablespoons butter and oregano. From these products you make a sauce and spread each parlenka before baking. Then put it on a ribbed grill, grill pan or ordinary pan, but without fat. Bake quickly - the grill or pan should be heated. Prepare for about 4 minutes each.
