Everyone knows that bananas are not a particularly durable product. They quickly turn brown and soften, soon becoming unfit for consumption. But before that happens, we can just freeze them. This way we will not have to throw away the fruits, but we will keep them for a long time, fresh and fragrant.

Bananas are very easy to freeze. They can be placed in the freezer as unpeeled - directly with the bark, and peeled and even cut into circles. In the first case, almost nothing is required - just wash and dry the banana, then you can put it in an envelope or freezer.

When you decide to thaw it, be sure to cut it in half first. Let it stand for a while at room temperature and you will soon be able to eat it or use it to make a cake, for example. Do not stress that the peel of the frozen banana is very brown - it does not matter, because inside it is in perfect condition.

In case you choose to freeze peeled bananas, which you have in excess, you have the option to leave them whole or cut them into circles. In both cases, you must follow one rule so that you can have healthy, non-stick bananas when thawed. Set goals peeled bananas or the cut circles on the foil for freezing. It is important not to touch.

Put them in the freezer for a short time - about an hour. Then take them out and put it already together in freezer bags. Try to create maximum vacuum by removing air from the envelope. When thawing, you will have healthy and well-separated bananas, which you can remove one by one.

Thawed forms of banana puree are great for cooling and at the same time - flavoring, yogurt or milk. You will enjoy a wonderful cooling shake during the summer days.
