It is best to wrap the meat in plastic wrap or a bag. Put it inside, remove excess air and glue the package. However, it should be borne in mind that schnitzels, cutlets and steaks are wrapped separately in foil. Only then are they packed.

Keep in mind that if the meat you freeze is fatty, then their shelf life is reduced by half. Already thawed meat is prepared as fresh, but for many dishes it is not necessary to thaw it completely.

It is enough just to soften a little. Keep in mind, however, that never thaw already thawed - partially or whole meat, except in the form of a cooked dish.
