Recipe for classic pans

Products:

2 ½ cups sifted flour

1 egg

500 grams of yogurt

1 ½ teaspoon baking soda

2 tablespoons sugar

Pinch of salt

Frying oil

Preparation:

• In a bowl mix the sifted flour and soda;

• In another bowl, beat the egg, yogurt, sugar and salt with a spoon or wire;

• The flour is gradually added to the milk mixture. The mixture should be smooth and without lumps;

• The resulting dough is covered with a towel and left to stand for 30 minutes;

• After 30 minutes, bubbles form on the dough, which means it is ready to cook. The important point is that the dough is no longer mixed;

• Heat the oil in a pan. It should not be enough to cover the bottom. Using a spoon, scoop out the dough and put it in the fat. The dough is thick and will therefore fall slowly from the spoon;

• Fry on both sides until golden brown;

• Serve with jam, honey, sour cream or other as desired.
