Method of preparation: The washed mushrooms are put in boiling water together with 15 g of salt and wine vinegar to blanch. Drain and arrange in jars. Separately prepare the marinade from all other products together with 1 liter of water. It is put to boil and after everything has softened, the jars with mushrooms are filled with it. Seal with caps and sterilize for 90 minutes.
