Method of preparation: Carrots are washed, peeled and steamed. The marinade is prepared from the other products and the finished carrots are sprayed with it. They stay like this for about 12 hours.

Carrots in a hot marinade

Necessary products: 150 ml of water, 500 ml of white wine, 3 cloves of garlic, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, a few sprigs of fresh thyme and parsley, 1 teaspoon of honey, 1 tablespoon of mustard, salt and pepper to taste.

Method of preparation: Carrots are prepared as in the above recipe. All other products without mustard are boiled for about 15 minutes, and finally mustard is added to them. The carrots are left in the marinade prepared in this way for about 12 hours.

Glazed carrots

Necessary products: 500 g carrots, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 pinch cloves, 2 tbsp honey

Method of preparation: Washed and peeled carrots are blanched and drained. In a separate bowl, heat the butter, add the remaining spices to it, and finally the carrots.
