Necessary products: 6- 7 potatoes, 1 onion, 200 g marinated mushrooms, 2 tbsp. parmesan, 4 tbsp. olive oil, 2 tbsp. vinegar, a few sprigs of wild garlic, salt to taste

Method of preparation: Boil the potatoes in salted water, peel and cut into cubes. Pour into a bowl and add the chopped mushrooms and onions. Season the salad with olive oil, salt and vinegar and stir. Leave to stand for at least 1 hour. Serve sprinkled with finely chopped wild garlic and grated Parmesan cheese.

Necessary products: 1 kopf salad, a few sprigs of arugula, 1 red onion, 1 red pepper, 100 g mushrooms, 2 tbsp. olive oil, 1/2 tsp. honey, 1/2 tsp. balsamic vinegar, a few leaves of fresh basil, salt to taste, a handful of ground walnuts.

Method of preparation: The lettuce is washed, shredded and mixed in a bowl together with the chopped arugula and basil. In a Teflon pan with a drop of fat, fry briefly sliced onions, peppers and mushrooms. Allow to cool and pour over the salad. Make a dressing of olive oil, vinegar, salt and honey and pour it over the vegetables. Mix very well and sprinkle with walnuts.

Salad with mushrooms and cucumbers

Necessary products: 100 g mushrooms, 2 cucumbers, a few pitted olives, a few lettuce leaves, 1 red pepper, 2 tbsp. olive oil, 1/2 tsp. balsamic vinegar, salt to taste, a few leaves of fresh oregano and fresh thyme

Method of preparation: The salad is washed, chopped in bulk and placed in a bowl. To it add the chopped cucumber, olives and mushrooms. From all other products a dressing is made, which is poured mushroom salad. If desired, it can be sprinkled with grated cheese or Parmesan.
