If you want to get more spicy steaks, you can use the sauce of a jar of hot peppers for the marinade, but it is better to dry the meat after it has been soaked for about 1 hour so that it does not become too hot. Then salt it and it is ready for both grilling and baking. If you choose the second option, add a little water or beer to the steaks.
