You need 2 balls of strawberry ice cream, 100 grams of strawberries - fresh or from compote, 100 grams of blueberries - fresh or frozen, 3 sprigs of mint, juice of 2 oranges, sugar to taste.
The fruits are washed and drained. Grind the strawberries in a blender with the sugar and orange juice, then rub through a sieve. Pour the strained liquid into the plate, add the blueberries and ice cream balls. Decorate with mint leaves.
Low-calorie sorbet - This is the most dietary type of ice cream, without fat and milk, it is just fluffy ice made from sugar syrup.
To prepare kiwi sorbet, you need 250 milliliters of yogurt, 4 tablespoons of low-fat cream, 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 2 tablespoons of grated orange peel, 2 teaspoons of finely chopped almonds, 3 kiwis, 150 milliliters of orange juice powdered sugar to taste.
Mix the yogurt with the cream in a metal bowl. Heat over medium heat to boiling and immediately remove from heat. In another bowl, beat the eggs and place to heat in a water bath, stirring constantly with a whisk until thickened.
While whipping, pour a thin stream of the mixture of yogurt and cream. Add the sugar, stir and cool to room temperature.
Put the mixture, divided into molds, half full, in the freezer for four hours. Remove and add the orange peel and almonds. Stir and return to the freezer.
Cut the kiwi into small pieces, mix them with the orange juice. Beat the mixture in a blender, add powdered sugar. Cool, add the molds to the mixture and leave for another four hours in the freezer.
