Cut the liver into small pieces and fry in a pan until done. Lettuce and cabbage are cut and mixed. Cherry tomatoes are cut in half.
Prepare a sauce of oil, vinegar and garlic, finely chopped. Add salt to the sauce and sprinkle with black pepper. Cabbage, salad and liver are mixed, sprinkled with sauce and garnished with tomatoes.
Salmon with vegetables is an exquisite and light dinner. Ingredients: 320 grams of salmon steak, 300 grams of tomatoes, 300 grams of cucumbers, 1 pepper, 1 green onion, 2 sprigs of parsley and 2 sprigs of dill, 4 lettuce leaves, 50 grams of mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, salt and black pepper to taste.
