Method of preparation: Fry the chicken in hot fat until pink. Add the mushrooms and onions and fry for about 2-3 minutes. Add the bamboo and stir for about 1-2 minutes. Drizzle the chicken with the soy sauce and broth and stir again. Add and immediately dissolved in 1 tbsp. water starch. The exotic dish with bamboo stir until thickened. Bamboo sprouts with mushrooms
Necessary products: 200 g dried shiitake mushrooms, 2 pieces of bamboo sprouts, 3 sprigs of cabbage bok choy, 1 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. sugar, 1 tbsp. oyster sauce, 1/2 tsp. dark soy sauce, 1 tbsp. diluted with water starch, 1/2 tsp. Sesame oil
Method of preparation: The mushrooms are soaked in water for 3 hours, then cleaned and cut. The bamboo sprouts are cut into small pieces. Pour water and 1/2 tsp into a saucepan. sol. When the water boils, soak the cabbage in it for 10 seconds, then the bamboo sprouts for 1 minute. Remove and drain. Put the mushrooms in boiling water for 2 minutes.
The oil is heated over a high heat. Put the bamboo sprouts and mushrooms in it and fry for about 3 minutes, then add salt.
Pour a little hot water into the pan. Oyster sauce, sugar and soy sauce are added to it. When the water boils, add the diluted starch and a little sesame oil, stirring constantly. The dish is served with bok choy cabbage.
Bamboo with beef
Necessary products: 1.5 kg pure beef, 300 g mushrooms, 6 carrots, 7 green peppers, 330 g bamboo, 1 onion, 200 g peeled peanuts, 25 ml Worcestershire sauce, 30 ml soy sauce
Method of preparation: The meat is cut into small pieces. Drizzle with soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper and chopped rosemary. Leave for about an hour at room temperature. During this time, the vegetables are finely chopped.
Fry the meat in a deep pan. After that, fry the vegetables separately, the mushrooms being the last. Fry the bamboo briefly. Vegetables should be crispy, not soft.
The products are mixed in a deep bowl, the last being the peanuts. Stir well and allow to simmer well under the lid.
