The golden milk is an ancient recipe with turmeric and vegetable milk for perfect health. It has anti-inflammatory and analgesic action, treats liver, coughs and colds, cancer, respiratory problems, insomnia, digestive system, for healthy bones, menstrual cramps, purifies the blood.
Golden pasta
To prepare golden milk at home, you first need to prepare the golden paste. For this purpose we need:
turmeric - 15 g
pure water - 90 ml
The main ingredient here is turmeric, you have all heard its positive properties.
You start cooking it by mixing turmeric with water (pure, boiled or spring water) over low heat. Stir constantly for 7 to 10 minutes. During this time, turmeric is extracted its useful substances.
If the pasta becomes very thick during this period, add a little water, at the end of cooking the consistency of the pasta should be like a thick cake mixture. Place the paste in a glass container and store in the refrigerator with the lid closed, so it lasts for about two weeks. Golden milk is made from this mixture. To prepare it you need:

gold paste - 1 tsp.
sweetener - honey or maple syrup
Stir the mixture on low heat for 5 minutes to dissolve the paste in the milk (it should not boil). Add sweetener to taste, and for greater effect of milk - and a pinch of freshly ground black pepper.
Take this milk when you feel that your immune system is weakened for a few days, so you will sleep more peacefully and wake up healthier with each passing day.
Rice milk
Make your own rice milk - homemade, cheap and easy. Rice milk is an excellent substitute for dairy products for vegetarians, vegans, people with lactose intolerance and anyone trying to live a healthy life. Apart from the fact that this milk does not contain lactose, it also does not contain cholesterol.
Homemade rice milk is much cheaper than commercially available, does not contain artificial sweeteners. It contains a small amount of fat compared to other types of milk and does not require much effort to make it.
You rely on safe quality and health and save money. For this you will need:
whole grain rice - 1 tsp.
water - 6 tsp.
Wash the rice and add the water, put on low heat and cook for two hours so that it softens nicely. Put the cooked and completely cooled rice in a blender in a ratio of 1: 1 with boiled and cooled water and puree until homogeneous. Allow the mixture to settle for 1 minute and strain through a sieve, rubbing the sludge through the sieve as well.
Store the milk in the refrigerator with the glass container opening closed. If you can't consume milk like that, you can sweeten it with a little honey.
