Or at least these are the results of a study conducted by Norwegian scientists. The study was conducted with the help of 118 volunteers. They were all about 55 years old on average and had blood pressure problems.

Once there were enough people willing to participate in the study, the volunteers were divided into two separate groups. The first group was given the task of eating apples, and the second group - to eat kiwis.

The study, which lasted two months and was completed at the end of the study, found that those study participants who fell into the group of eating kiwis had normalized [blood pressure values].

Norwegian scientists and their research gives us another reason to eat the delicious and interesting-looking fruit.
