Mix everything well again with a mixer until it thickens and finally add the whipped egg whites gradually to the resulting mixture. Mix everything lightly with a spoon and pour into a pre-drenched pan. Allow to gel for at least 12 hours.

Put it in a pan greased with oil and sprinkled with flour, and the dough should take the shape of a bowl, because you will pour cream into it. Separately mix the almonds with the sugar and cinnamon.

Add the wine and eggs and mix well. Fill the dough bowl with this mixture and cut the edges. Put to bake in a moderate oven for about an hour.

From cardboard you cut out a pattern on the cross of St. Jacob and place it on the pie. Sprinkle everything with powdered sugar and after removing the template the shape of the waist will be clearly visible. The cake is prepared in almost every Spanish family in honor of the patron saint of Galicia, St. Jacob.
