Due to the popularity of sushi, most people are beginning to associate Japanese cuisine only with it. However, this is not the case at all, because the Japanese are fakirs in the preparation of all kinds of fish, and not only in the form of sushi.

The truth is that Japan is the country that consumes the most fish in the world, and hence it is logical to assume that it is the Japanese who can cook fish in a variety of ways and so that it is delicious, of course. That is why here we will offer you an option for an original, quick and at the same time easy recipe for fish in Japanese:

Necessary products: 300 g white fish fillet on request (hake, hake, pangasius, etc.), 3 egg yolks, 3 tsp. white wine, 3 egg yolks, soy sauce to taste, 100 g poppy seeds

Method of preparation: The fish fillets are washed well and allowed to drain. If you are in a hurry, you can also use kitchen paper or a plain towel to dry them. Once the fish is dry enough, remove the edges and check for any uncleaned bones. Cut the fish into large pieces and pour the wine over it. Leave to marinate for about 30 minutes.

Keep in mind that according to Japanese cuisine, fish need a very short time for heat treatment. Turn your oven to 200 degrees and leave the tray provided for the fish in it. When the allotted time has elapsed, arrange the fish in the already heated and greased pan.

Let it bake for no more than 5 minutes. While you wait for it, mix the beaten egg yolks with the soy sauce. Don't worry about how much soy sauce you put in so that the fish doesn't get too salty, because you don't end up using salt.

Remove the baked fillets and pour half of the egg-soy mixture over them. Return them to the oven again for 5 minutes, remove them and pour the remaining mixture over them. It is best to have a kitchen brush to spread to make sure the fillets are spread evenly. When the fish is completely ready, sprinkle it with poppy seeds.

Serve while still warm with cooked rice. This way you will enjoy an amazing Japanese dinner, which is, among other things, useful and relatively dietary.
