Remove the baked fillets and pour half of the egg-soy mixture over them. Return them to the oven again for 5 minutes, remove them and pour the remaining mixture over them. It is best to have a kitchen brush to spread to make sure the fillets are spread evenly. When the fish is completely ready, sprinkle it with poppy seeds.
