500 g pork chops (4-5 pieces), 3 eggs, 60 g grated yellow cheese, 2 tbsp. flour + flour for rolling the steaks, 3 tbsp. breadcrumbs, 1/2 bunch dill, 1/2 bunch parsley, black pepper, salt, oil
Method of preparation:
The steaks are hammered well. Salt, sprinkle with black pepper and roll in flour.
