Baked liver pate
Necessary products: 100 g of beef liver; 200 g of pork liver; 50 g of butter; 50 g of bacon; 1 k. a glass of fresh milk; 1 slice of white bread; 1 egg; salt and pepper (to taste).
Method of preparation:
The liver is cut into small pieces. It is stewed in ½ by the fat. When ready, allow to cool. Then grind in a meat grinder, as fine as possible. In a large bowl, mix the bread soaked in the milk, the diced bacon, the egg and the spices. Stir well, then add the meat. Continue to stir until a more homogeneous mixture is possible, then pour into a mold (maybe cake, or whatever you have on hand) and bake briefly at a moderate temperature.
The appetizer can be served with a seasoning of your choice.

Method of preparation:
The smoked turkey meat is cut into small pieces. The eggplant is baked and peeled. Peel the garlic and wash it. All together with the walnuts are ground to a puree. 2/3 of the mayonnaise is added to it, then the salt. Vinegar may be added, preferably. Before serving, decorate the appetizer with parsley leaves and the rest of the mayonnaise used for decoration.
