Then again mayonnaise, eggs that are pre-salted, cucumbers, also salted and again mayonnaise. On top of the salad is decorated with strips of plums - the goal is to make the salad look like birch bark.
Mimosa salad
Required products: 2 pcs. potatoes, 1 beetroot, 2 pcs. pickled cucumbers, 2 carrots, 2 onions and 1 bunch of green onions, 3 eggs, 1 can of tuna, 300 - 400 g of mayonnaise.
Preparation: In one pot put to boil the potatoes, beets and carrots, and in another pan boil the eggs. Vegetables should not be boiled, as they will be grated - in separate plates grate the potatoes, carrots, beets.
Separate the egg white and yolk - grate the egg whites and crush the yolks on top of the salad. Onions (both types) are cut into small pieces and cucumbers into cubes. You start arranging the salad, spreading mayonnaise after each product.
At the bottom in a glass bowl put the pre-drained tuna, followed by egg whites then add onions, cucumbers, beets, carrots, potatoes. Top with plenty of mayonnaise and finally sprinkle with chopped green onions and crushed egg yolk.
Salad with herring and mayonnaise
Necessary products: 300 g of marinated herring, potatoes, red beets, carrots, 1 pc. apple, 1 onion, mayonnaise and salt to taste.
Method of preparation: Prepare your vegetables - they should be boiled and then grated. The apple is also grated on a grater, and the onion is boiled for ten minutes and then cut into small pieces.
In a large flat plate, first arrange the potatoes, which are pre-salted, then put the finely chopped fillets of herring, onions, carrots, apples and beets. In this salad, mayonnaise is placed between every two marshes.
