Kebab in pumpkin
Necessary products: 1 small pumpkin (violin), 500 grams of meat (pork / chicken / beef - optional), 4 onions, 500 grams of mushrooms, ½ tea glass of red wine, 4 bay leaves.
Method of preparation: If you use a violin, then for the preparation of the stuffed pumpkin you only need the hollow part of the pumpkin. If you bet on a round pumpkin, it is cut on top, keeping the lid. Its hollow part is cleaned of seeds.
Cut the onion into crescents, the meat into chunks, and the mushrooms into large pieces.
In a deep frying pan, heat a cup of coffee oil. Pour in the onion and stir until soft. Add the meat and mushrooms and stir for about 5 minutes, then add the wine and a teaspoon of salt. Allow to boil until the wine boils.
Fill the pumpkin with the kebab, adding the bay leaves. In the case of a "violin" pumpkin, the opening is covered with aluminum foil, and if it is a round pumpkin, the lid is placed on top. Put the pumpkin in a pan in which 2 tea cups of water are poured. Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for an hour and a half.
Pumpkin with milk
Necessary products: 2 tea cups of boiled and mashed pumpkin, 1/2 teaspoon of fresh milk, 3 spoons of sugar and / or fruit jelly.
Preparation: Pumpkin and sugar / jelly are mixed and mixed well, then distributed in ice molds. Leave to freeze in the freezer for at least an hour. Serve the frozen cubes with hot milk.
Chocolate muffins with pumpkin
The combination of pumpkin with chocolate is really surprising, but also unexpectedly successful.
Necessary products: 1 egg, 1 tea cup of flour, 2/3 tea cup of grated pumpkin, 1/3 tea cup of oil, ½ tea cup of sugar, 2 tablespoons of cocoa, 100 grams of chocolate - optional, ½ a packet of baking powder.
Preparation: The flour, together with baking powder and cocoa are sifted, and the pumpkin is grated on a fine grater. The chocolate is crushed into small pieces. Beat the eggs with a mixer together with the sugar and oil.
Gradually add the flour mixture, stirring constantly. Finally, add the grated pumpkin and chocolate. Stir again, this time not with a mixer but with a spoon.
The resulting mixture is filled into muffin tins, in which paper baskets are placed in advance. They must be filled to ¾ of their volume. Put a few pieces of the remaining chocolate on each muffin.
Pumpkin chocolate muffins are baked in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 20 minutes. Make sure they are baked with a toothpick - if it stays dry when they crumble, the muffins are baked.
