1. Salty cake with ham and olives
Ingredients: 3 eggs, 100 ml oil, 100 ml milk, 200 g flour, 1 sachet baking powder, 100 g cheese, 100 g yellow cheese, 100 g boneless olives, 100 g ham.
Preparation: Beat eggs, oil and milk. Add the remaining products, such as yellow cheese, olives, ham and spices, pre-cut into small pieces. Pour the finished dough into a rectangular shape covered with baking paper. Bake the cake for about 40 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
2. Salty cake with leeks
Necessary products: 2 sprigs of leeks, 200 g of flour, 2 tsp baking powder, 200 ml of liquid cream, 3 eggs, 100 g of blue cheese, 50 g of butter, 1/2 tsp salt.
Preparation: Cut the leeks into circles and fry for 3-4 minutes in preheated oil. Whip the cream and eggs and salt. Add the diced blue cheese and gradually pour in the flour. Mix well.
The finished mixture is distributed in a rectangular cake tin with a length of 22 cm, covered with baking paper. It is a good idea to grease the paper to make it stick. Bake for about 30 minutes in a preheated 180 degree oven.
3. Salty cake with sausage and dill
Required products: 2 eggs; 1/2 teaspoon yogurt, 5-6 tablespoons flour, salami in small cubes (can sausages, smoked breasts, etc.); 200-250 g of grated cheese, 6 tablespoons oil, 1 bunch dill, salt, baking soda.
Preparation: Mix the eggs with the yoghurt and soda. Add the oil and a little salt. Add the flour, stirring constantly.
Add the finely chopped salami, shredded cheese and chopped dill. Grease a cake pan with oil and sprinkle with flour. Pour the mixture and bake at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
