The secret of the perfect pizza is simple, like everything ingenious - a thin crispy base and a very tasty filling that makes the pizza fragrant and melts in your mouth.
For the dough you will need twenty milliliters of olive oil, five hundred grams of flour, two hundred and fifty milliliters of water, one pack of dry yeast, ten grams of salt.
For the filling: three tablespoons of capers, thirteen mushrooms, three sausages, fifteen cherry tomatoes, one hundred and fifty grams of mozzarella, two hundred grams of parmesan or yellow cheese, two tablespoons of tomato paste, a little olive oil.
Sift the flour to enrich it with oxygen and make the dough tastier and melt in your mouth. From the flour, water, salt, olive oil and yeast knead an elastic dough. Cover with a towel and leave for an hour.
Divide the dough into two parts, roll it out and put it in two trays, forming a high edge. Leave to stand in the heat for half an hour. Grate parmesan or yellow cheese on a fine grater.
Sprinkle the dough with a little olive oil, apply a thin layer of tomato paste and sprinkle with a little Parmesan. Cut the mushrooms into thin slices and the sausages into large circles.
Cut the mozzarella into cubes and cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Spread all these products without the tomatoes on the dough. Arrange the capers and halves of cherry tomatoes and sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan cheese.
Sprinkle with a little olive oil and bake at two hundred degrees in the oven for twenty minutes. Cut each pizza into eight pieces and serve.
