Pizza dough is perfect when made with yeast. Then the dough rises and the pizza becomes fluffy, and meat, vegetables and other products seem to sink into a cloud of dough.

You need 4 teaspoons of flour, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 4 tablespoons of oil or melted butter, 1 egg, 20 grams of yeast, half a teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of milk or water.

Pour warm water or milk into a saucepan and dissolve the yeast. Add salt, sugar, egg, sifted flour and mix for three to four minutes until a homogeneous dough is obtained. If necessary, add milk or water.

Finally, add the slightly warmed butter or oil, stir, close with a lid and leave to warm. After two hours, the dough is lightly pressed to drop a little. After another hour, remove the dough, sprinkle with flour and roll out into pizza circles.

If the temperature of the room in which the dough rises is below ten or above thirty-five degrees, the dough will not rise. If there is too much salt or sugar, fermentation will slow down or stop. Then knead a new portion of dough and mix with one that has a lot of sugar or salt.

With too much water, the dough cannot be rolled out. If there is very little water, the dough will be tough. If you use fresh milk or liquid cream instead of water, the dough will look very nice and tastier when baked.

With more fat in the dough, the pizza will stay soft longer after baking. If you add an egg to the pizza dough, it will be tastier and fluffier. If you use only yolks instead of eggs, the dough will be softer and with a beautiful yellow color.

If you use olive oil to make pizza dough, it will be even tastier. Do not use frozen products to make pizza, as this will spoil its taste.

The pizza is baked in a preheated oven at maximum degrees and rotated several times so that it does not burn on one side and remains unbaked on the other. If it starts to burn on top and its bottom is undercooked, cover it with foil.
