One of the tricks that Kai has learned over time is how to reduce the caloric value of her breakfast without visibly reducing it herself. For this purpose, he used mainly proteins. One protein contains only 22 kcal, while the yolk contains over 95 kcal. In addition, most proteins saturate more. Kai can afford one egg yolk for several proteins. The result is extremely nutritious and no difference is noticeable.
Among the basic principles that the 75-kilogram man continues to follow is to eat often, but less. After breakfast, two or three servings are enough. In addition, it is mandatory for a person to take as much as he intends to spend. Kai avoids fats and relies mainly on proteins, which are low in calories and help with hunger pangs.
Schönewerk also has a rule for coffee. According to him, it is best to drink it pure or with very little milk. If you overdo it with the milk drink, you accumulate calories that do not saturate, but stick. When we add sugar, we get the caloric value of another meal, which is completely unnecessary.
