Preparation: Beat the eggs with the sugar. Add the fat, yoghurt with soda dissolved in it, grated lemon peel, vanilla and flour.

Necessary products: 250 g of butter, 1 tsp. sugar, 4 eggs, 2 1/2 tsp. flour, 2 tsp. baking powder, 1/4 tsp. sea salt, 2 tsp. poppy seeds, 1 1/2 tsp. fresh milk, lemon juice and a half.
Preparation: Sift the flour, baking powder and salt and mix with the poppy seeds. Separately mix the milk and lemon juice.
Beat the butter and gradually add the sugar. Beat until completely melted, then add the eggs one by one.
Gradually mix with the dry ingredients and milk, alternating.
The oven is heated to 170 degrees. The baking tins are greased with oil and covered with baking paper. The mixture is poured into them and leveled.
Bake the cake for 50 minutes or until dry. Garnish with sour cream, powdered sugar and fruit of your choice.
