Unfortunately, you can't completely replace table salt with sea salt, so the best option is to limit the seasoning with salt, and whenever you can season your salads with sea salt.
We present you a delicious recipe for fish wrapped in sea salt. For this you need 1 fish of your choice, 1 packet of sea salt, a few bay leaves, 10 grains of black pepper and a little olive oil.
Preparation: Preheat the oven very strongly. Place the fish in a bowl with ice cubes to cool very well.
Take it out shortly before cooking, drain and dry well. Pour half of the sea salt into a pan. Put two bay leaves and half a pepper on the salt. Place the fish on top and two more bay leaves and the remaining pepper on top. Pour the remaining salt and cover the fish tightly. Put the pan in the preheated oven and bake for about 25 minutes. Then remove from the oven and very carefully remove the salt with a knife. Cut the fish into portions and lightly sprinkle with olive oil before serving.

Sea salt is very good for health - especially for metabolism, heart and kidney function. The biologically active substances in sea salt help cleanse the cells, improve the transmission of sea impulses and relieve stress. Bath with sea salt has a beneficial effect on skin diseases such as vitiligo, neurodermatitis, psoriasis and eczema and last but not least soothes the symptoms of rheumatism and arthritis.
To cure your feet from swelling, you need a bath of sea salt, lime blossom and mint. Mix 2 tbsp. lime blossom and mint, pour them with a liter of boiling water and leave the mixture in a water bath for 10 minutes. The already prepared decoction is filtered in a basin of water, a handful of sea salt is added and mixed thoroughly. Soak your feet and stay that way for at least 15 minutes.
