Potato salad with tomatoes
Ingredients: 4 potatoes, 3 tomatoes, onion, garlic, basil, pepper, salt.
Preparation: Peel the potatoes and put them in a saucepan with water, along with a tablespoon of oil, a pinch of salt and a clove of garlic to boil. Meanwhile, finely chop the tomatoes, crush a few cloves with a garlic press.
When the potatoes are cooked, mash them and after they cool, add the tomatoes and garlic, as well as the finely chopped onion.
Season the salad with salt, if necessary, pepper, fat, basil. In case you are fond of hot, you can add a crushed dried hot pepper.
Our next offer is a bit more expensive, because to prepare it you will need smoked salmon. First, cut 400 g of potatoes into cubes and fry them well in a pan with fat.
In a bowl put half a cucumber, cut into very small cubes. To the potatoes, while they are still on the stove, add 1 tbsp. sesame seeds and stir, pour 3 tsp on top. wine vinegar, season with ground white pepper and salt.
Remove the salad from the heat and pour it over the cucumber - mix well and add the smoked salmon, which is about 80 g. Finally, cut half a bunch of dill - it will be best if you do not put stems in the salad. Stir in the salad and serve. If you don't like salmon, replace it with smoked ham.

Potato salad with apples
Necessary products: 3 potatoes, 3 sour apples, ½ a head of celery, a head of onion, 1 tsp. tomato puree and mustard, 150 g mayonnaise, salt, vinegar, sugar.
Preparation: first boil the potatoes, then peel them and cut into slices. It is good to choose smaller potatoes.
Add the three diced apples to them. Add sugar and salt to taste, as well as vinegar to the mixture and leave the vegetables in the refrigerator for two hours.
Drain the liquid that has accumulated, then add the finely grated celery, mustard, tomato paste, mayonnaise and grated onion. Mix well and serve.
