Ingredients: 130 g butter, 110 g powdered sugar, vanilla, 6 egg yolks, 130 g chocolate glaze, 6 egg whites, 110 g crystal sugar, 130 g flour, apricot jam.

For the glaze: 250 g chocolate, 200 g sugar, 125 ml water.

Slightly warmed butter is mixed with powdered sugar and vanilla to a light foam. Add the yolks and melted chocolate one after the other and mix with egg wire. Beat the egg whites in the snow, add the granulated sugar and beat until stiff.

Finally, add flour without much stirring. Bake for about an hour. The glaze is prepared by boiling the sugar and water for about 5 minutes and adding the preheated chocolate to them.

Necessary products: a package of finely ground crusts, 50 g breadcrumbs, 100 g butter, 750 g apples, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 100 g ground walnuts, 50 g sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon, 50 g raisins, 1 vanilla, 2-3 tbsp rum.

Cut the apples into thin crescents, then add freshly squeezed lemon juice so that they do not darken. Add the walnuts, sugar, cinnamon, raisins, vanilla and rum. Melt a little butter in a pan and add the breadcrumbs until golden brown.

Then take a crust, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and then add the stuffing. Turn well and start arranging in a tray. When ready, pour in melted butter. Bake at 180 degrees for about an hour.
