You need 1 cup of semolina, 1 cup of yogurt, 100 grams of butter, 100 grams of sugar, 2 eggs, 100 grams of cottage cheese, 100 grams of flour, 1 baking powder, 200 grams of strawberries, 200 grams of canned pineapple.

Pour the semolina with the yoghurt and the juice of the pineapple compote and leave for half an hour. Then add the products other than strawberries and pineapple.

Mix everything well and pour into a greased pan. Arrange the sliced strawberries and the pineapple pieces on top.

A delicious dessert is the strawberry truffle, typical of English cuisine. You need one ready loaf, 2 tablespoons of liqueur, 3-4 tablespoons of strawberry jam, a cup and a half of chopped strawberries, a cup and a half of cream, powdered sugar to taste.

In addition, you need 300 ml of milk, 1 vanilla, 4 egg yolks, 100 grams of sugar, 1 tablespoon of flour, 2 tablespoons of starch, 20 grams of butter, 2 tablespoons of liqueur, mint leaves for decoration.

The finished loaf is cut into cubes and sprinkled with two tablespoons of liqueur. Then each cube is lightly smeared with strawberry jam.

Pour the milk into a saucepan, add the vanilla, bring to a boil over low heat and remove from the heat. Separately beat the yolks with the sugar to form a light cream. Add the flour and starch and mix. This mixture is poured into the milk and stirred.

Return the pan to the hob and bring to the boil, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat, add the liqueur and butter and stir until the butter melts. Once the cream has cooled, leave in the refrigerator for fifteen minutes.

Whip the cream with the powdered sugar. At the bottom of glass bowls distribute the pieces of breadcrumbs, on top distribute the strawberries and on them - the cream.

Then again arrange pieces of breadcrumbs, strawberries, cream. Cover with cling film and leave for two hours in the refrigerator. Garnish with whipped cream, strawberry pieces and mint leaves.
