Method of preparation: Mix the egg, butter, lemon juice and milk in a bowl with a mixer, beat until smooth. Break the chocolate into small cubes and mix it with the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Mix the dry and liquid ingredients and stir slowly with a spatula until smooth.
Add the selected fruits and be careful when stirring not to become a pulp and crush the fruit. Spread the dough in the paper forms and place the chocolate cubes on top.
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 25-30 minutes.
