So if you are vegan and you want to consume margarine, it is good to read carefully the ingredients of the product you are buying. But, even if it's vegan, keep in mind that it's juicy as one of the most harmful foods. Because margarine contains refined trans fats and is generally not considered a natural product.

So maybe it's better to try to replace it with some others fats that are also vegan, but are far healthier.

Margarine can be successfully replaced by olive oil, as well as coconut oil, various nuts and seeds.
