According to them, they are adamant that the best diet includes black bread with cheese, hummus, avocado and vegetables. And meals should be every few hours.

In their study, Israeli researchers found that people who included bread in their diet had higher levels of serotonin. In protein diets, the opposite was true - he fell.

In addition, experts believe that only 5% of losers manage to keep their new weight for two years. But the chances of that happening jump to 15 percent for those who have not neglected bread in their diet.
