When the jam thickens enough, citric acid is added to it. The jam is poured into pre-washed and dried jars, which are turned upside down and kept until completely cooled.

Necessary products: 50 g acacia blossom, ready dough for mekitsa, juice of 1/2 orange, powdered sugar, frying fat

Method of preparation: The acacia flowers are chopped and sprinkled with orange juice. They are mixed with the dough for mekis and from it balls are formed, which are fried in the heated fat. Leave to drain on kitchen paper and serve sprinkled with powdered sugar.
