Natalie Portman, who received a statuette for Best Actress, is a vegetarian, and the world-famous chef Wolfgang Pack prepared it especially for her.

To prepare this paella, you need products for the broth: three dill stalks, two hundred grams of corn, two stalks of celery, one onion, half a carrot, 250 ml of canned tomatoes in their own sauce, three green onions, one tablespoon of seeds of coriander, a teaspoon of minced onion, a tablespoon of paprika.

For four servings of sofrito, which is cut into small pieces of vegetables or meat, you will need finely chopped one red pepper, one yellow pepper, four green onions, finely chopped, one crushed garlic clove, one head of red onion, cut into finely.

For the top layer of paella you will need some green beans, finely chopped leeks, some green peas and chopped parsley. You need another 240 grams of long grain rice.

Mix all the ingredients for the broth in a large saucepan and pour water so that it covers all the vegetables. Cook for seven minutes. Mix all the ingredients for the sofrito in a deep pan and simmer until soft and almost pureed.

Toss all the vegetables for the top layer in the broth for a moment and remove them immediately. Strain the broth well, take half a liter of it and add the sofrito. Boil the rice with the broth in the oven for seventeen minutes at a temperature of two hundred degrees.

When the rice is ready, let it stand for five minutes. Before serving the paella, sprinkle with the vegetables intended for the top layer and serve.
