Sixth day - snack - two cups of green tea and 200 grams of cottage cheese. Lunch - fruits, vegetables and buckwheat without salt. For dinner - an apple, grated carrots and two cups of green tea.
Seventh day - breakfast and lunch are the same as on the second day. For dinner - a glass of apple juice and three bananas.
Second option: During the whole diet you should drink a lot of mineral water, coffee and tea, and give up sugar and salt. For each day there are certain products that should be divided into four intakes to be eaten for the whole day.
First day - To start the diet, pour boiling water 1 cup of rice and leave it overnight. In the morning, drain the water, pour cold water and simmer, drain the water and again pour cold and boil, and so on four times. Boil the rice in the fifth water. Eat it during the day in 4 servings.
Second day - 6 peeled potatoes: two for breakfast, one for snack, two for lunch and one for dinner. Third day - half a kilo of cottage cheese.
