Peppers can be baked in many ways. If you do not have a pepper oven, you can use a grill or bake them in the oven, but it is slower. It is easiest to use peppercorns - they become quite fast when heated.

There are people who bake hammers for winter on hot sheet metal, but in urban conditions. Otherwise, this option is not very acceptable.

Once they are ready, it's time to marinate them. Marinating can be done in several different ways, we offer you two recipes for this purpose. Before you start baking, you need to clean the pepper from the seeds and stalks so that you can then arrange it in jars.

After baking it well, close it in a saucepan and let it cool, then peel it. Here's what you need for the first recipe:

Mix the vegetables in a bowl, add the oil, sugar, salt and vinegar. Finally, add the peppers - let stand for at least 4 hours. Then fill the jars and seal. After the water boils, the jars are boiled for 20 minutes.

The next recipe is for roasted pepper marinated with honey, but it is only suitable for quick consumption - a maximum of 3-4 days. For a kilogram of pepper you need a head of garlic, a bunch of parsley, 50 ml of vinegar, salt to taste, 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar, olive oil or 50 ml of oil.

Mix the spices, including parsley and finely chopped garlic, then add the peppers. Leave them in the fridge for a few hours.

We also give you a delicious recipe for roasted hot peppers. For half a kilo of hot peppers you need 300 g of vinegar, 100 g of oil, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 tablespoon of salt, a bunch of dill, a few cloves of garlic.

Put the freshly roasted peppers and leave them in the marinade, if possible closed with a lid. Once cooled, they are ready for consumption. You can also arrange them in jars, pour the marinade and sterilize for about 5-6 minutes.
