Method of preparation: In a large bowl, combine tomatoes, garlic, cucumbers, paprika, artichokes, olives and cooked pasta. Add the beans and mix gently. Add more lemon juice and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. If time allows, let it sit for 1 hour. Sprinkle with feta cheese before serving.
Green beans with walnuts
Necessary products:
2 kg fresh green beans, washed and cleaned
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup chopped walnuts
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons ground fresh parsley
ground black pepper to taste
salt to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Place the walnuts in the oven. Bake at 175 degrees for 5 to 8 minutes.
2. Cook the beans in a large saucepan with boiling salted water for about 5 minutes. Drain, then rinse the beans with cold water and allow to drain well.
3. Melt the butter in a heavy or large skillet over high heat. Add the beans and stir for about 4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add the walnuts and parsley and stir. Place in a serving bowl and if desired you can garnish with fresh dill and a little olive oil.
