Method of preparation: In a large bowl, combine tomatoes, garlic, cucumbers, paprika, artichokes, olives and cooked pasta. Add the beans and mix gently. Add more lemon juice and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. If time allows, let it sit for 1 hour. Sprinkle with feta cheese before serving.

2 kg fresh green beans, washed and cleaned

2 tablespoons butter

1 cup chopped walnuts
