After the Christmas and New Year holidays, there is so much food left that we don't know what to do. It will hardly be tasty for us to eat the same thing every day - we suggest you prepare something different with the leftovers from the holidays.

The first recipe includes the rest of the holidays sausages, appetizers, olives, etc. To make it tasty, it is good to add some vegetables - if you have some mushrooms, onions, maybe parsley for color.

Cut the sausages and put them in a saucepan with water - let them cook for about a quarter of an hour, then release the vegetables you have. After ten minutes, pour the improvised soup into bowls, add olives, as well as grated yellow cheese or cheese.

Our next offer includes the rest of last day's french fries. In fact, even staying, they are delicious enough, but let's add a little variety. Put the french fries in a suitable pan and cut pickles, olives and other sausages on top. You can also add the remains of the roasted chicken or turkey, and for this purpose it is good to cut them into pieces in advance.

If you have some sweet canned corn, add some of it. Season all this with salt, pepper and a little thyme. Mix well and finally, before baking, pour over pre-fried flour to which you have poured fresh milk. To make it even tastier, add grated yellow cheese. Pour over the dish and bake until the filling turns red.

From the bread, which is certainly already dry, you can make fragrant croutons with your favorite spices and a little olive oil to eat in front of the TV. Of course, you can also add them to cream soup, if you want to cook at all.

And since the fruits on the holidays are also a lot, so as not to spoil, cut them into chunks and pour a little maple syrup and lemon essence. For more effect - pour a little rum and flambé. Thus, at first glance, ordinary fruits will turn into a wonderful fruit salad. You can replace rum with a little strained yogurt.

If we also had the restaurant of the Austrian designer Vera Wiedermann, we could take advantage. You can go to a restaurant in Vienna with the leftovers from last night's dinner - they measure the energy value of the food you brought and give you a fresh dish of the same value. The remains of the plant are stored and then used for biofuel production.
